For our houses construction we use an innovative, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective technology - SIP-panels (structurally insulated panels).

This modern solution combines high energy efficiency, durability, and quick assembly. The use of SIP panels allows to significantly reduce heat losses, thus reduces heating costs by up to 50%.

State subsidies for energy-efficient houses
The Nová zelená úsporám programme allows you to receive subsidies for the construction of energy-efficient houses, covering up to 50% of the costs of energy-efficiency systems (solar panels, heat pumps and others). The maximum subsidy amount is up to CZK 400,000 (approx. EUR 16,000).
Special conditions for obtaining a mortgage in the Czech Republic for energy efficient fast-built houses:
Mortgage loans with low down payment
Banks in the Czech Republic offer low down payment mortgages, which can be as low as 10-15% of the project cost. This makes such loans available to a wider range of customers, as no large start-up capital is required.
Flexible fixed-rate mortgage programmes
Mortgage interest rates range from 3.5% to 4.5% per annum, with the option to lock them in for 5 to 10 years. This ensures stable repayments, which is particularly useful for long-term plans.

Our houses comply with all building regulations and we accompany our clients at all stages: from obtaining building permits to registering the property. Each house receives an EUR.1 certificate, which confirms the origin of the materials and their compliance with the European Union legal requirements. This certificate allows you to freely import your house into the EU and to enjoy favourable customs procedures. We guarantee that the house will be fully legal and ready for commissioning.

Our manufacturing facility is located in western Ukraine, that is why we can offer an affordable price per square metre, due to the affordable cost of quality materials, favourable tax conditions and production optimisation. We produce houses using modern SIP-panel technology, guaranteeing high quality and energy efficiency. For each house, we issue an EUR.1 certificate, which is required for customs duties and confirms the origin of all materials from which the house is made.

Option 1: Build a house for rent and cover monthly expenses with rent.
Option 2: Construction of a house for resale with a mark-up of 20% to 50%. Project turnover 2-3 months. Energy-efficient houses are particularly in demand due to savings on utilities and the steady rise in housing prices. An instalment plan is ideal for this business model. You borrow money from us, build the house in 3 months and sell it, pay back the borrowed money, and get 50,000 euros of net profit without investing your funds in construction.
